DIR-3 KYC
Director KYC to keep your DIN active.
Took loans from directors or others? DPT-3 filing reports outstanding money received by your company, filed with the ROC by 30 June every year.
Form DPT-3 is the annual return in which a company reports, as of 31 March, any deposits it holds and any money received that is not treated as a deposit – such as loans from directors, from other companies, share application money, advances for supply and similar receipts.
DPT-3 is due by 30 June each year for the position on 31 March. Late filing attracts additional fees, and non-compliance can lead to penalties on the company and its officers.
We review your balance sheet, classify each receipt correctly, prepare the declarations and file DPT-3. Where the company has deposits that need an auditor’s certificate, we arrange it. Combine it with annual ROC compliance and DIR-3 KYC for a complete year.
